About the Event
Reset, clear your mind, and connect with nature with a multi-sensory sound experience led by sound guide Nikki Schultz, and hosted by IPSB - School of Integrative Psycho-Structural Bodywork.
Nikki will be using multiple instruments including gong, singing bowls, chimes, and vocal toning to co-create a space of rest, relaxation, and self-inquiry.
The soundbath will be held at the beautiful Temescal State Park Plateau- a serene oasis that transports you away from the hustle and bustle of city life, surrounding you with nature’s sound medicine.
This is a fundraising event, and profits will go toward helping IPSB move into their own building. We hope to see you there!
