SOUNDBATH AT TEMESCAL

Reset, clear your mind, and connect with nature with a multi-sensory sound experience led by sound guide Nikki Schultz, and hosted by IPSB - School of Integrative Psycho-Structural Bodywork. 

Nikki will be using multiple instruments including gong, singing bowls, chimes, and vocal toning to co-create a space of rest, relaxation, and self-inquiry. 

The soundbath will be held at the beautiful Temescal State Park Plateau- a serene oasis that transports you away from the hustle and bustle of city life, surrounding you with nature’s sound medicine. 

This is a fundraising event, and profits will go toward helping IPSB move into their own building. We hope to see you there!

About Nikki

Nikki Schultz is a soundbath practitioner based in Mid-City, Los Angeles. From the Midwest by way of the Pacific Northwest, Nikki has studied with The Soundbath Center, Seattle Sound Temple, Daniella White, Going With Grace End of Life Planners, and the Earth Medicine Practitioner Training Program at Madrona House Apothecary. 

Nikki is available for solo or group soundbaths, and she will be launching her private bodywork practice this winter. You can find her on Instagram @nikkitheschultz. Website coming soon.

The entrance to the park is located at the intersection of Sunset & Temescal Canyon Road. Once you enter the park, drive straight until you reach a stop sign. There is parking straight ahead that costs $12 per day. If you would like to pre-pay for parking, please email nikkaila@ipsb.com and we will have a pass ready for you when you arrive. 

IMPORTANT: Please make sure that you MAKE A COMPLETE STOP AT THE PHOTO ENFORCED STOP SIGN! THE TICKET FOR NOT DOING SO IS $100.00!!! 

There is also often free streetside parking on Temescal Canyon Road near the Palisades Charter High School, though it is about a 10-15 minute walk from the event.
